FAQs + Contact Info

Here are some answers to our most common questions. If you can't find your answer, please feel free to use the form on the right and we'll reply quickly or feel free to call us at (425) 306-9396 M-F 9-5pm.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. A similar confirmation will be sent when your order has shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the tracking link provided.

Every item in our shop has current production times listed within the description. These dates are an accurate timeframe for when to expect your order to be produced from the date of order and the shipping speed depends on the option you select during checkout. We work as hard as we can to meet or exceed your delivery expectations but please keep in mind that most of our jewelry is made to order and takes time.
Rush orders can only be accommodated only after approval with us via email and a rush production fee will apply.

Can I modify my order?

Please contact us immediately to see if we can change your order. Sometimes we can but sometimes we can't. Orders cannot be cancelled.

What is the return policy?

We can help you with that here.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Use the form on the right to let us know what you're looking for and we'll get back to you to discuss the details. Custom orders take a little longer to conceptualize a design or source special materials to match your vision but the end result is always stunning.

Kindly note that:

  • Custom orders start at $1000 with a 50% non-refundable deposit required.
  • Our lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks.
  • Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you are just looking to modify a current design with a different metal or different stone, let us know and we can let you know what's possible.
Can you create something with my gold and gemstones or diamonds?

We can scrap your metal for you and use it as a credit towards your new jewelry piece but we won't use the same exact metal in a new piece due to the intense labor required. This can save you some costs but it is not significant due to refining costs. Unfortunately we are not able to use client-provided gemstones or diamonds.

How do I find out my ring size?

If you are in the Seattle area we can size you free of charge if you'd like to visit our studio. If you can't come in to our studio, we encourage you to visit 2-3 local jewelry shops for a complimentary sizing as sizing tools can vary between jewelers. We don't recommend guessing or measuring with a piece of string or paper. Resizing may not be available for all styles and a fee may be charged. Resizing can also be done with a local repair jeweler if you are not in the Seattle area and the fee is usually around $25-$50.

Where can I see your items in person?

We currently sell exclusively online with plans to offer our jewels in stores soon. Learn more about visiting our Seattle studio here.

Are your items made of real gold? What is recycled gold?

Our jewelry is made with solid gold and is never hollow, plated, or dipped. Our recycled gold is of the same quality as traditional gold and comes from gold refined from estate jewelry, electrical components, etc. You won't be able to tell the difference visually but you'll know that it was sourced in an eco friendly manner. You can read more about our eco-conscious jewelry line here

Can you make me something in platinum?

Yes! Most pieces are available in platinum by request. Contact us to let us know what style you are interested in and we can go over a quote with you.
