Shipping & Returns



LilyEmme Jewelry Branding & PackagingOur jewelry is made to order to ensure that you're getting a piece that was made specifically for you. Please consider this when placing your order and please allow for the production time frames indicated on the individual item descriptions.

Are you gifting one of our pieces to a loved one or a friend? Great! All LilyEmme jewelry will arrive ready for gift-giving. All of our packages are shipped insured and tracking numbers will be emailed for your convenience. Invoices are not included in the box.


Shipping is carried out by a third party and thus LilyEmme cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to the possibility of unforeseen events that affect parcel carriers.  For our U.S. customers, FedEx 2-day is the recommended shipping method if you have a deadline to meet.

Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute shipments so if an order is returned due to an invalid address it will be processed as a return. Additionally, once an order has been successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ask that you please contact the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email for any questions related to delivery.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing or consult with http://www.dutycalculator.com/ to get an approximate estimate. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight or shipping company or when you pick the item up, please do not confuse these for additional shipping charges. Please include your phone number during checkout in case Customs needs to contact you.

Returns

If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return your eligible item for a refund if addressed within 7 days of receipt. Items ineligible for returns include custom designed jewelry, earrings and personalized jewelry. Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Rings that are eligible for a return will be charged a 10% restocking fee and this fee will also apply if the order is canceled after 72 hours from placing your order. Please contact us to confirm your order is eligible for return and to initiate the return process. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Return shipping costs must be incurred by the customer, however, if the return is due to our error or receipt of damaged goods, we will of course pay the return shipping costs. Delivery confirmation and insurance is recommended when mailing back to us. LilyEmme is not responsible for returns that are damaged in transit. A refund will be issued when the item is received in it's original, unworn condition.

LilyEmme is not responsible for damaged jewelry due to wear and tear, or repairs/alterations made by other jewelers. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet our return policy guidelines. We cannot authorize a return if more than 7 days have passed since the delivery of your order. 

ALL CUSTOM ORDER AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges are available on sale items (rings can, however, be resized). Additionally, international orders and items purchased with store credit are FINAL SALE and ineligible for a refund/return.

Gift Card and E-Gift Card are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards are not replaceable.
