We love sharing our products with stockists from all over the nation. At LilyEmme, we are always happy to hear from great stores with an interest in our eco-friendly collections. We take a lot of care in crafting our jewelry and equal care in selecting retailers that reflect our brand ethos and image.

We would love to get to know your store(s). Please email us at hello@lilyemmejewelry.com and tell us about your operations: your location, what kinds of products you offer, your online presence and whether you have a web store. We will make it a priority to answer your inquiry promptly and will request a copy of your reseller documents in exchange for a copy of our line sheet.

HOW TO ORDER:

You can place your order via phone or we can email you a form that you can fill out and return to us. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges. If you prefer to send us a list of items by name or webpage and quantities, that works, too!

WHOLESALE PRICING:

All prices are listed in our shop are in U.S dollars. All authorized retailers will receive the standard industry percentage off the MSRP and shipping is complimentary. Prices are subject to change without notice. If you are a wholesale customer, we expect that our items are sold at 100% markup (Keystone) of our wholesale price. 

ORDER AMOUNT MINIMUMS

Opening orders: $500 (must be prepaid)
Minimum reorder: $300

Net 30 terms are offered to retailers with a credit sheet and an established relationship with LilyEmme, but will be assessed a 5% late fee for past-due invoices (charged monthly). Customers that have been in business for less than one year require a minimum waiting period of 6 months from the first order prior to consideration for net 30 payment terms. 

CHANGES TO ORDERS:

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to hello@lilyemmejewelry.com within 48 hours.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

We accept credit card payments online through Stripe or Paypal as well as checks.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

Please allow around 4 weeks for your order to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges. 

NATURE OF HANDMADE JEWELRY:

All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly. 

DAMAGES / DEFECTS:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact LilyEmme at hello@lilyemmejewelry.com within 48 hours of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. We stand behind our quality and would be happy to discuss repairs if the customer needs it within one year of purchasing a LilyEmme product from your store. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.

CONSIGNMENT:

At this time, we are not able to do consignment. 

ONLINE RETAILERS

Online retailers carrying LilyEmme products are required to include the LilyEmme name in the product title or in the product description. This is a requirement for selling our products online. Once you are approved as an online retailer, you may only sell on the URL that is submitted and approved through your initial wholesale application email. Selling LilyEmme products through a third party website (i.e. Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, etc.) is NOT ALLOWED. We will revoke your wholesale access and account status if we find our you are selling through a third party.

PRODUCT IMAGES

If you would like to use LilyEmme product photography to market LilyEmme products you must be an approved LilyEmme retailer. If you are an approved retailer please let us know if you will be using our photos prior to doing so. When using our photos on a website or printed publication, our approval is required. Please note that our product images and lifestyle images that we send to you can only specifically be used to market our products.
